This can be because of 3 causes:
1. You paid your BPC share with your private money but didn't enter it correctly into the system
2. You added money to your bankroll incorrectly
3. You withdraw money from your bankroll incorrectly
You paid share but didn't enter it correctly into the system
When you pay share to BPC, the system knows that the money missing are not losses. So when you pay share and update the bankroll it uses this formula to calculate:
Current Bankroll = Current Bankroll - Share amount
If you paid a 100 euro share, and update your bankroll in the CFP software with 100 euro less, it will not appear as a loss. Why? The system recorded that 100 Euro is not lost on the tables, but withdrawn to pay your share.
We have written an article in the FAQ on what to do if you did not pay the share from your bankroll, but with a private account (like paypal).
You added money to your bankroll incorrectly
When you want to supplement your bankroll with additional money, ALWAYS use the CFP software to record it, so it will not appear as profit. Here is where you correctly add it to your bankroll:
You withdraw money from your bankroll incorrectly
When you want to take out some money from your account, first you need to request a cashout and wait for approval (we approve all cashouts, but you need to request it first).
Here is where you can do it:
You simply enter the amount you want to take out and a short reason and wait for approval. After it is approved you come back here and select Cashout and the approved amount will appear:
You only need to press save and do a bankroll update to remove the amount from your bankroll:
